Develop specific recommendations for how you can achieve savings in your key opportunity areas (based on ease of implementation and total savings potential). Consult functional experts within your organization to ensure that savings strategies are detailed, actionable, and appropriate.

Days 31-45: Finalize the Efficiency Roadmap
Create a Roadmap for executing on the savings strategies — to establish expectations, organize staff, and track progress.
